GoTenten / FAQ
GoTenten questions and answers
Quick answers for shoppers and retailers.
What is GoTenten?
GoTenten is ranked shopping search. It searches the stores you already shop and ranks what fits, so you never hit a page of zero results. It is operated by ZootPro, Inc.
How does GoTenten avoid zero results?
It treats only your must-haves as rules. If something meets them, you see it, ranked against your preferences.
What is a must-have?
A must-have is something that truly rules an item out, like size or budget. Nothing that misses a must-have is ever shown as a match.
What do Strong, Close and Possible mean?
They show how well an item fits what you’d like. Strong and Close matches appear first, then Possible matches, with the tradeoffs listed on each.
What happens when a store doesn’t list a detail?
GoTenten shows the detail as unknown instead of guessing.
Does GoTenten share my notes with stores?
No. Notes like “for a camping trip” stay private. They never feed ranking and are never shared with a store.
Where do I check out?
On the store’s own site. GoTenten ranks your results; the store handles the purchase.
How does GoTenten work on a retailer’s site?
The retailer’s site sends GoTenten the shopper’s must-haves and preferences. GoTenten returns every qualifying item, ranked against the shopper’s preferences, with clear explanations of each tradeoff. Checkout stays with the retailer.
How do retailers integrate GoTenten?
Start with a hosted GoTenten experience, then move it onto your own site under your brand. API integration comes with your pilot.
How can a retailer try it?
Request a demo link. It shows, side by side, what your shoppers see today and what they would see with GoTenten, and it works for 14 days.
